About

Babitzke and Associates is a small, one person, business. It was started in 1995 as a small business consulting company designed to assist mom and pop shops. Financial advice was also offered for those wanting to get debt free. The business went dormant in 2002 because I took a position with the Internal Revenue Service.

In February 2019, I retired from being a Revenue Officer with the IRS. Reviving the business this time to assist individuals and businesses with issues they may have with the IRS. Simple tax return preparation was added in 2021.

WHAT I DO: I help small to medium size businesses and individuals achieve peace of mind by providing tax problem relief representation.

WHO I SERVE: Attorneys, Realtors, Self-employed, and Individuals

WHY IT WORKS: When you partner with me you get the most efficient, effective and affordable representation that you are looking for right now.

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I have over 16 years with IRS Small Business/Self-Employed Field Collections. Knowing how a Revenue Officer resolves a collection case is the knowledge that makes me your best advocate.

HOW IT WORKS: I will evaluate your case by looking at missing tax returns, balance due amounts, collection statute expiration dates, potential penalty abatement, installment agreement eligibility, currently not collectable eligibility, and more. You will get a comprehensive report of findings
